BEFORE YOU START
Good questions.
Clearer projects.
What to know before arranging an installation or field visit.
Which parts of the United States do you support?
Send your city or ZIP code with your request. CivicTel reviews site access, project requirements and technician availability before confirming coverage and scheduling. Multi-location work is scoped by site.
Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes. Your IT team or managed service provider can retain control of network design and credentials while CivicTel coordinates the agreed physical installation and field tasks.
What should we send for an initial quote?
Start with the site ZIP code, service required, approximate quantities and target date. Floor plans, rack photographs and access details help us identify what needs a survey before pricing.
Can cabling, WiFi and cameras be planned together?
Yes. Reviewing their shared pathways, power and network requirements together can reduce duplicate installation work. The proposal defines which tasks and checks are included.
Do you offer work outside business hours?
Maintenance windows and phased work can be discussed during scoping. Availability, site access and any additional costs must be confirmed in the written proposal.
What do we receive when the work is finished?
Handover deliverables are defined in the scope. They may include cable references, equipment records, agreed test results and completion photographs, subject to site policies.
